YM Refrigeration is a Perth-based company with over 10 years of experience in the air conditioning and refrigeration industry.
We specialize in a wide range of systems — from small split units to large-scale VRF/VRV systems, multi-head setups, Free-joint multi units.
Our team is skilled in both residential and commercial projects, covering installation, repair, and ongoing maintenance.
In addition to air conditioning, we also service refrigeration equipment including ice cream machines, ice makers, cold storage rooms, walk-in freezers, domestic fridges and freezers, and various industrial refrigeration systems.

Do you provide a warranty?Yes. All new air conditioning systems come with a manufacturer's warranty (up to 5 ~ 7 years). Our workmanship is also covered under a 12~24month installation warranty.

What areas do you service?We cover all of Perth metro, including Bateman, Canning Vale, Gosnells, Morley, and more. Travel to outer suburbs may incur a small call-out fee.

Do you install customer-supplied air conditioners?Yes, we do. Standard back-to-back installation starts from $650 (excl. GST). Extra charges may apply for second-storey installs, longer piping, or roof access.

Are you licensed and insured?Absolutely. ARC Licence: AU066103 Electrical Licence: EW213863 We’re fully insured for public liability and workers compensation in WA.
